Who will I be working with?
We're an independent, founder-led studio, which means you'll work directly with our founder, Jihan, throughout the entire process. From onboarding to the final handover, you'll have a direct line of communication for sharing ideas, discussing concerns, providing feedback, and exploring new requests. No unnecessary layers or middlemen, just a straightforward working relationship built around your business and its needs.

Who do you usually work with?
We work with ambitious founders launching new ventures and established businesses looking to refine their brand, strengthen their online presence, or take their next step forward. Every business is at a different stage, so we don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. If you value thoughtful design, open collaboration, and finding what makes your brand different, we'd love to hear what you're building.

Can I work with you on just one service?
Absolutely. You don't need to go through every service to work with us. If you already have a brand identity, we can focus on your website design and development using your existing branding. If you're starting from scratch, we can help establish your visual identity first. And if you need regular creative support, you can work with us on an ongoing basis, whether or not we've worked together before. We'll shape the scope around where your business is right now and what you need most.

How much does a project cost?
Every project is different, but here's a general guide to our pricing: • Branding: $2,000–$3,000 per project. • Web Design & Development: $3,000–$4,000 per project. • Ongoing Creative Support: $2,000 per month, with a three-month commitment. For Ongoing Creative Support, we offer a paid two-week trial for $1,000. If you decide to continue with the full engagement, that fee is credited towards your first month, leaving $1,000 payable for that month. Final pricing depends on the scope, deliverables, and complexity of your project. Website-related expenses, such as domain registration, hosting where applicable, and paid themes, plugins, or third-party subscriptions, are quoted separately where needed. We'll outline the agreed scope, pricing, and any additional costs in your proposal before work begins.

How long do projects usually take?
It depends on the scope and complexity of your project, but here's a general guide: • Branding: Around 3–4 weeks. • Web Design & Development: Around 3–8 weeks, depending on the number of pages, design requirements, functionality, and overall scope. • Ongoing Creative Support: A three-month engagement, with a paid two-week trial available before committing to the full term. We'll agree on a timeline and key milestones before getting started. Timelines may vary depending on feedback, content readiness, approvals, and other project requirements.

Do you offer revisions?
Yes. We want the final work to feel right for your brand, and feedback is an important part of getting there. For branding and web design projects, our standard package includes up to three rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. We'll gather your feedback at key stages and use it to refine the work in a clear, considered way. For Ongoing Creative Support, we currently offer flexible revisions on active requests so we can work through feedback and get each deliverable where it needs to be. Requests are handled one at a time to keep the focus on quality and progress. If a request changes significantly or falls outside the original scope, we'll discuss the best way to handle it before proceeding.

What is Ongoing Creative Support?
Think of it as having a dedicated design partner without needing to hire a full-time designer. Ongoing Creative Support is a three-month engagement for businesses that need regular creative work across different areas. Requests can include branding, website design and development, social media graphics, presentation decks, packaging, and other digital or print materials. You send us your requests, and we work through them one at a time, giving each deliverable the attention it needs. The engagement is $2,000 per month, with a paid two-week trial available for $1,000. If you continue after the trial, the $1,000 trial fee is credited towards your first month, with the remaining $1,000 payable for that month. It's a practical way to see how we collaborate, communicate, and work through requests together before committing to the longer-term partnership.

How will we communicate throughout the project?
We keep things simple, organised, and transparent. Your project will have a dedicated Notion portal where we manage timelines, deliverables, feedback, and progress. Depending on your preferences, we can also communicate through Slack or WhatsApp. For conversations that are better handled live, we'll schedule Google Meet calls or Slack Huddles in advance. These typically happen every two weeks for project check-ins, alignment, and updates, although the frequency may vary depending on the project's needs and your availability. Our goal is to keep you informed and involved without filling your calendar with unnecessary meetings.

What do you need from me to get started?
You don't need to arrive with everything figured out. We'll start with a discovery conversation about your business, your vision, and what you're hoping to achieve. We'll discuss your current challenges, the deliverables you're looking for, your expectations, and any ideas or references you already have. From there, we'll recommend a suitable direction and prepare a tailored proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and investment. Once the proposal is approved, the agreement is signed, and the initial project deposit is paid, we'll take care of onboarding and get things moving. Ready to get started? What if I'm not sure what my brand needs yet?
That's completely fine. You don't need to have every detail figured out before reaching out. Whether you're starting with an idea, working with an existing brand, or trying to work out what needs to change, we'll talk through your goals and challenges together. From there, we'll help identify where thoughtful design could make the biggest difference and recommend a direction that makes sense for your business. Sometimes, all you need is a conversation to figure out your next step.
